2. Client Responsibilities

• Supply required content and materials

• Respond to requests in a timely manner

• Make payments according to agreed terms

Project delays caused by missing client information may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payments

All projects require agreed payment terms before work begins.

Payments may be made through approved payment methods.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Revisions

Projects include revisions according to the selected package.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Ecomedge Hub Solution retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by a written agreement.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available after work has commenced.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Project Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project.

Clients remain responsible for payment for completed work up to the termination date.

We are not responsible for outages, failures, or policy changes of third-party providers.

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria while respecting international business practices for clients outside Nigeria.
